Q: How does custom pricing work?

All custom pieces follow a transparent formula based on labor, fabric, and design detail.
    •    Labor is billed at $40/hour
    •    Fabric ranges from $18–$128+ depending on the material
    •    Tier levels reflect how much customization and time your design requires

Your final price is calculated as:
labor hours × $40 + fabric cost + tier upgrades

Q: What are the three tiers of customization?

Tier One — Classic: Clean, simple, timeless design.
Tier Two — Enhanced: Adds ruffles, bows, trims, or specialty stitching.
Tier Three — Luxe Custom: Couture-level design with multiple upgrades, hand-finishing, layering, or advanced techniques.

Q: How much do custom pieces usually cost?

Most custom items fall between $64–$280+, depending on the design and materials.
Larger or specialty items (like bedding or dresses) may vary based on fabric and labor hours.

Q: What is the $25 booking fee?

A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to start any custom project.
This fee secures your design appointment and consultation — and it is applied to your final total if you choose to move forward.

Q: When do we discuss fabrics and design details?

After your booking fee is placed, we’ll connect personally to explore fabrics, trims, and design options. You’ll be involved in every step to create your perfect piece.

Q: How long do custom orders take?

Lead times vary depending on the project size and current workload. Most items are completed within 5-6weeks, with rush options available.

Q: Can I request something not shown on your website?

Absolutely! If you dream it, we can create it. Just select the custom option, pay the booking fee, and we’ll begin designing your one-of-a-kind Spencer Cole piece.

SHIPPING/PACKAGING

 

Hand wrapped and sealed with authenticity . We want you to love your shopping experience every step of the way and that includes receiving it!

Our packaging is made from recyclable materials when available. We do this because we believe in doing our part for this wonderful planet that our little ones are growing up in.

Custom turnaround time is around 4-5 weeks.  Items will be made once order is placed... express shipping available upon request.

WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?

No worries! Contact us and we'll guide you through the process, You can also consult our Refund Policy.

 If an item, need replaced...We may not be able to replace exact fabric due to our purchasing process. Will be try our hardest to get it as close to the original print as possible. We do ask that you send back the original, we would like to inspect for quality issues.
