Join us for an engaging and educational workshop where you will have the opportunity to create your very own Reusable Shopping Bag!
Workshop Overview:
Visit My Messy Desk and meet our experienced instructors, Meghan Tyler and Jessica Williams. They will provide you with comprehensive guidance in crafting a reusable shopping bag that conveniently folds into its own pocket—an excellent combination of practicality and environmental consciousness.
Projects & Materials: All necessary equipment and materials will be provided. Participants will have access to a variety of fabrics, prints, and solid colors. If you would like to bring your personal sewing machine, you are more than welcome.
Duration of Workshop:
-3 hours
During the workshop, you will receive hands-on, step-by-step training on using a sewing machine and completing a project. By the end of the session, you will have a unique tote bag to take home.
This workshop is designed for individuals with no prior sewing experience, ensuring a welcoming environment for beginners. Come prepared to learn and enjoy the creative process!
Please note that spaces are limited to 8 participants, ages 10 and up.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the workshop to proceed. In the unlikely event that we do not reach the minimum number of participants, you will receive a full refund.
If you are unable to attend, we offer the option to receive a "credit" for a future workshop of your choice. We look forward to seeing you and embarking on this sewing journey together!
